TNT Prime Properties was founded in 2022 when two brokerage owners recognized a growing need for higher standards in property management. They consistently encountered investors and rental property owners who were frustrated with outdated practices, lack of transparency, and poor communication from their management companies.
As investors themselves, they understood the importance of protecting high-value assets, maintaining efficiency, and delivering clear, accountable service. TNT Prime Properties was created to provide professional management built on transparency, responsiveness, and long-term asset protection.
Today, we continue to serve property owners with a focus on proactive communication, operational excellence, and dependable results—ensuring every investment is managed with care and expertise.
Tiffany Chapman
Co-Owner
Tiffany Chapman (co-owner) has been in real estate for over 13 years and prior to that, owned investment properties herself. Being an owner of rental property gave Tiffany the insight into what owners truly need from their Property Managers, as well as what is to be expected by, and for, tenants. With a keen eye for detail, Tiffany strives to make sure every I is dotted and T is crossed so that owners and tenants alike are represented thoroughly and fairly. Tiffany Chapman also has her broker associate license with partner company, TNT Capital Investments. Tiffany’s roots run deep in Central Florida and that has provided her with a plethora of resources to prevent or solve everyday issues that arise in property management. Tiffany also serves on the Osceola County Association of Realtors Property Management committee.

Co-Owner
Tiffany Licata (co-owner) has also been in real estate for over 13 years and has extensive experience in managing both commercial and residential properties. Tiffany is also a top producing real estate broker at TNT Capital Investments and brings knowledge and resources gained from hundreds of transactions and client interactions to the table on the management side. With a background in the hospitality industry, Tiffany is very effective in navigating cooperation between parties and inspiring an outcome that is beneficial for all.
Together, both owners bring knowledge, wisdom, and work ethic to everything they do. They started TNT Prime Properties to raise the standard of central Florida property management for both owners and tenants. They are constantly looking for ways to improve performance and policies to make owning and renting a smoother, less stressful, and more successful process for all involved.
