TNT Prime Properties leases central Florida rental homes on a first-qualified, first-approved basis. To secure a property, a completed application and all required fees must be submitted promptly.

Move-in costs for TNT Prime Properties’ rentals typically include the first month’s rent, a security deposit, and an administrative fee prior to occupancy. Some properties may also require last month’s rent depending on owner requirements.

Applicants must be legally eligible to enter into a binding lease agreement. In most cases, this means you must be at least 18 years old to apply. Any person 18 or older wishing to reside in a rental must fill out an application and pay the application fee.

Security deposits are generally refundable through TNT Prime Properties if the home is returned in good condition and lease terms are fulfilled. Deductions may apply for unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or necessary cleaning and maintenance.

TNT Prime Properties may require a cosigner if an applicant does not meet income, credit, or rental history requirements. Cosigners must meet qualification standards and sign a guarantor agreement.

Applications are submitted online with the required documentation and application fee. Processing begins once TNT Prime Properties receives all completed materials.

Rent for TNT Prime Properties rental properties can be paid securely through the TNT Prime Properties resident portal. This system provides convenient online payments and transaction tracking.

Tenants must review their lease and contact TNT Prime Properties before bringing a pet into the home. Approval, breed restrictions, pet deposits, or monthly pet rent may apply.

All tenants remain responsible for the lease unless formally modified by TNT Prime Properties. The remaining resident may need to requalify independently or submit an approved replacement applicant. It is imperative that notice is provided to TNT Prime Properties prior to lease renewal if one tenant intends to move out.

Tenants must provide written notice in accordance with their lease terms. Proper notice allows TNT Prime Properties to schedule inspections and process the security deposit efficiently.

TNT Prime Properties coordinates routine maintenance for rental homes. Tenants may be responsible for repair costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or lease violations.
